Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is down by 0.43% at lunch. National Australia Bank Ltd (ASX: NAB) is down 1.05% at lunchtime, according to Google Finance.
Resource-related companies are some of the best performers so far today. Rare earth miner Lynas Corporation Ltd (ASX: LYC) is up by 3.69% so far today. Gold miner Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited (ASX: SAR) has risen by 3.07%. Lithium miner Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) has grown by 1.84% so far and steel maker BlueScope Steel Limited (ASX: BSL) is up by 1.69%.
At the other end of the share market Retail Food Group Limited (ASX: RFG) has fallen by a further 5% as the market questions the franchisor’s future.
The G8 Education Ltd (ASX: GEM) share price has fallen by almost 4% today even though a major broker believes it could recover.
Spark New Zealand Ltd (ASX: SPK) has gone down 4% today on no news, although it announced leadership changes earlier in the week.
