Making news in Australia today, telecommunications business Amaysim Australia Limited (ASX: AYS) announced the departure of CEO Julian Ogrin. Peter O’Connell will assume the position. In its ASX filing, amaysim also released its 2018 financial year (FY18) results forecasts.
amaysim believes it will have between 1.15 and 1.16 million mobile subscribers and achieve revenue of between $573 million and $583 million.
Auckland International Airport Ltd (ASX: AIA) released its monthly traffic update for May showing 2% increase in international passengers and a 4.1% overall increase.
Internet business Trade Me Group Ltd (ASX: TME) announced the retirement of CEO Jon MacDonald. He will retire in the next 6 months. “When Jon started, Trade Me was a company of around 15 staff, still finding its place in New Zealand,” Chairman David Kirk said. “It’s now a company of over 600 people and is recognised as one of New Zealand’s most loved and trusted brands.”
Building company Lendlease Group (ASX: LLC) announced its Chairman, David Crawford AO, will retire from its board at the upcoming AGM in November. Michael Uller will succeed him.
