Making finance news today are a host of ASX 200 companies reporting their financial results.
Kogan.com Ltd (ASX: KGN) released its 2018 financial results today showing a 47% increase in transaction volumes on its e-commerce network. Kogan’s revenue rose 42% to $412 million and profit came in at $14 million, up 110%.
“In Financial Year 2018, we have significantly invested in and improved our customer offering,” CEO Ruslan Kogan said. “We now operate in more industries than ever with a very compelling offer in each industry.”
Kogan.Com will pay a final dividend of 6.1 cents per share.
MyState Limited (ASX: MYS) released its 2018 report revealing a 1.4% increase in revenue and a profit of $31.5 million, up 4.6%. A final dividend of 14.5 cents per share will be paid.
For its 2018 financial year, Link Administration Holdings Ltd (ASX: LNK) reported a 54% increase in revenue and 67% jump in profit to $141.7 million.
“FY2018 was a transformational year for Link Group and we are pleased to report another good full year financial and operating result,” Link Group’s Chair Michael Carapiet said. “The acquisition of LAS materially expands our footprint in Europe and has had a strong positive impact on Link Group.”
WAM Capital Limited (ASX: WAM), the listed investment company, reported revenue of $188.2 million, up 74%, and a net profit of $125.4 million, up 82% compared to its 2017 result. A final dividend of 7.75 cents per share will be paid.
Finally, commercial property business Goodman Group (ASX: GMG) notched up 5% revenue growth for its 2018 financial year with profit per share of 46.7 cents, up 8%. A final distribution of 14.25 cents per share will be paid, also up 8%.
