ALL ORDINARIES Index Down, NAB (ASX:NAB) Shares Fall

Australia’s share market, or the All Ordinaries Index (INDEXASX: XAO)(ASX: XAO), is currently down 0.07% at lunch.

The National Australia Bank Ltd (ASX: NAB) share price is down 0.83% this morning after the bank decided to hold its interest rate to build trust.

The biggest riser in the ASX 200 so far has been Afterpay Touch Group Ltd (ASX: APT), the buy now pay later provider’s share price is up 6.5%.

Primary Health Care Limited’s (ASX: PRY) share price is up 4.6% this morning after announcing the acquisition of Montserrat Day Hospitals for $75 million cash upfront and a deferred payment of $20 million, with further potential payouts based on performance.

The shares of National Veterinary Care Ltd (ASX: NVL) have gone into a trading halt after announcing an acquisition and an institutional capital raising.

The share price of Dicker Data Ltd (ASX: DDR) is down 0.5% this morning after giving investors a presentation about its results and progress.
