The Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX: WES) share price is registering one of the largest falls out of Australia’s blue chips, its share price is down 0.9% with the company approving the de-merger of Coles last week.

Financial technology business Hub24 Ltd (ASX: HUB) shares are up 2.6% with the company holding its AGM and announcing a medium-term goal.

Funeral business Propel Funeral Partners Ltd (ASX: PFP) is up 1.5% due to announcing an acquisition based in NSW.

Shares of Medibank Private Limited (ASX: MPL) have gone into a trading halt with the private health insurer expecting to make an announcement regarding the outcome of a tender process.

The Fairfax Media Limited (ASX: FXJ) share price is up nearly 2% after the Fairfax Board said that the merger with Nine Entertainment Co Holdings Ltd (ASX: NEC) will go ahead despite a letter from former Domain Holdings Australia Ltd (ASX: DHG) Antony Catalano trying to stop the deal.
