The Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX: WES) share price is down 2.62% this morning, making it the worst drop in the ASX 20. Coles Group Limited (ASX: COL) is also down 1.7%.
Shares of Metcash Limited (ASX: MTS) are down 6.8%, the IGA supplier reported its half year report yesterday showing a slight increase in revenue and profit.
The share leading the ASX 200 is Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Ltd (ASX: SOL), it’s up 2.8%. Brickworks Limited (ASX: BKW) had announced it sold down some of its shares to fund its Glen Gery acquisition. The Brickworks share price is down 0.95% this morning.
MNF Group Ltd (ASX: MNF) shares have gone into a trading halt with a further announcement about the acquisition of the wholesale and enablement business of Inabox Group Ltd (ASX: IAB). MNF had to increase its takeover price to ward off competition.
