In ASX sharemarket news, pharmaceutical company Mayne Pharma Group Ltd (ASX: MYX) has announced the launch of TOLSURA 65mg capsules in the United States of America.

Mayne Pharma states that TOLSURA is a new formulation of itraconazole indicated for the treatment of systemic fungal infections including blastomycosis, histoplasmosis and aspergillosis.

The company received US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for TOLSURA in December 2018.

Mayne Pharma CEO Scott Richards said: “This launch has enabled Mayne Pharma to establish a new institutional sales team focused on hospital based infectious disease specialists.”

ELMO Software Ltd (ASX: ELO), the HR software & payroll business, announced its quarterly cash report this morning. ELMO generated a positive net operating cash flow of $50,000 in the second quarter of FY19, compared to a cash outflow of $924,000 in the first quarter.

ELMO achieved 75% growth of cash receipts compared to last year’s second quarter and finished with a cash balance of $39 million.

In recent weeks the HR company has announced the acquisition of HROnboard, one of Australia’s leading providers of cloud-based onboarding software, and BoxSuite, a software as a service (SaaS) cloud-based specialist in workplace rostering and time & attendance software for managing casual & shift based employees.

Major gold miner Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX: NCM) has announced its quarterly report for December 2018.

Some of the highlights included a 19% increase of gold production compared to the September 2018 quarter and an 8% increase of copper production compared to the September 2018 quarter.

All sites increased gold production and reduced all-in sustaining costs (AISC) per ounce compared to the last quarter. Early works on the next block cave at Cadia (PC2-3) have commenced.
