The Coles Group Limited (ASX: COL) share price is down 0.7% in morning trading with the supermarket business announcing it was essentially selling the management rights and profit of its hotels business for $200 million to Australian Venues Co.

Crown Resort Ltd (ASX: CWN) shares are down 0.3% after announcing that it did not receive a construction commencement extension from the Victorian Government.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX: CBA) share price is down 0.24% with the bank potentially facing a lawsuit from the corporate regulator ASIC.

Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS) shares are flat after being down this morning with investors considering what the telco’s new loyalty plan may mean for the business.

The share price of Metcash Limited (ASX: MTS) is up another 3.75% so far with investors responding to the company’s trading update and strategy update.
