The Vocus Group Ltd (ASX: VOC) share price has jumped 20% in response to the telecommunications business revealing it has received a indicative takeover proposal.

The Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corp Ltd (ASX: FPH) share price is down 4.7%, the company reported growth in its FY19 result and revealed its expectations for FY20.

Shares of Xero Limited (ASX: XRO) are up 0.5% despite it being revealed that Xero founder Rod Drury sold a large amount of shares last week.

Air New Zealand Limited (ASX: AIZ) shares are down 0.4% with the Kiwi airline announcing a large order for Boeing Dreamliners.

The NIB Holdings Limited (ASX: NHF) share price is down 0.3% with its Managing Director selling 80,000 shares last week, but he still owns a large amount of shares.

The share price of GPT Group (ASX: GPT) dropped 0.7% after announcing it was acquiring five logistics assets in Sydney for $212 million.
