Pioneer Credit Ltd (ASX: PNC) shares have gone into a trading halt with the debt collector not yet being able to release its FY19 result and one of its financiers informing the company it won’t be extending its financing facility.

The share price of Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) is up around 1% and the Abacus Property Group (ASX: ABP) share price is up 0.25% after entering into a binding takeover of Australian Unity Office Fund (ASX: AOF) – which is up 0.2%.

Shares of LiveTiles Ltd (ASX: LVT) are up around 10% after announcing another step of integration into Microsoft’s suite of products.
