- Wearing all the hats becomes impossible at a certain stage
- How did you know? You start leaving things out and putting them to the side āIāll do it tomorrowā then tomorrow never comes — it’s endless cycle. For Danil & Jordan it was marketing.
- Be ready to make fast decisions and pivot quickly
- Your business is often wrong. Things get in the way of bold ideas. Find ways to adapt.
- It’s a marathon and not a sprint
- Make your business anti-fragile, and focus on survival. To finish first, you must first finish.
- Surround yourself with like-minded people
- While having good people around you sounds lovely, always have one or two people who will challenge you. This is healthy.
