  • How is the ASX 200 constructed? I hear lots about the index of the best 200 companies, but I don’t understand what metric is used to rank the companies.
  • My self and my husband we live in Townsville, Queensland. We are saving for mortgage deposit for next year. Our aim is to save 85k by February next year. Currently the money we are saving monthly is sitting in our saving account. Any advice on best way to invest this bearing in mind it may be withdrawn after 1 year.
  • What are the cons and pros of an investment bond compared to making extra super contributions?
  • I own shares in IOZ which just released dividends. I also got a capital payment, and not sure what this is. I tried looking online but couldn’t find anything that made sense. Could you help explain it better
  • I have never had good money habits. I have tried everything rich dad poor dad – barefoot investor – at present I’m 40 odd years old and in a heap of debt . I’m really trying I’ve had financial counselling from a charity during covid and after a redundancy. I need some direction please.
