On January 1st, 2025 we’ll begin tracking the three hypothetical portfolios selected by our teams. Then we’ll provide weekly commentary and updates on the portfolios every Saturday morning (at 7am MEL/SYD time) as part of our ‘2 Sense‘ instalments on The Australian Investors Podcast. Remember: nothing in these portfolios should be considered as advice. We are NOT investing in these portfolios in real life, and the portfolios we build at Rask Invest (or Drew, via Wattle Partners) have nothing to do with these portfolios. Please do not believe these portfolios are our actual portfolios, or the portfolios we professionally manage for our clients.
The rules of the game are simple
- We have a short-term target (Jan 1 – 31 Dec, 2025)
- Maximum 10 positions
- It’s about total return (income + growth)
- The winner is the Team with the biggest total return come 31 December 2025
- The portfolios can be risky
- No trades are allowed – portfolios are to be picked before January 1st 2025, and must be held the entire time.
