For my own portfolio, I like to find ASX shares that are growing their dividends. Growth is an essential part of the dividend equation for me. I want to see that the dividend increases are funded by growing earnings and/or growing underlying asset values. I also have a portion of my portfolio invested in an ETF that picks undervalued global businesses with strong competitive advantages.
For Rask Media, I have an interest in covering technology (and tech-related) businesses with a global growth story, as well as cyclical companies that are cheaply priced because they’re at a low point in the cycle, such as retailers and resource businesses which could benefit strongly in the medium-term.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) share price is in focus today after the ASX bank share reported its HY23 result and growing its dividend.

The Breville Group Ltd (ASX:BRG) share price fell around 5% today after releasing its FY23 half-year report and guidance for FY23.

The Temple & Webster Group Ltd (ASX:TPW) share price has plummeted 25% after reporting its FY23 half-year result.

The CSL Limited (ASX:CSL) share price is under the spotlight after announcing its FY23 half-year result, which included good growth.
