In ASX sharemarket news, LiveTiles Ltd (ASX: LVT) has entered into a trading halt to raise some money.

LiveTiles has requested a trading halt to carry out a capital raising involving issuing shares to ‘institutional and sophisticated’ investors.

The trading halt will end either on Friday, 20 September 2019 or on the release of an announcement by the company explaining what the purpose of the capital raising is.

Keytone Dairy Corporation Ltd (ASX: KTD) has announced it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the assets, brands and business of 40Forty Foods which trades under the Super Cubes brand.

According to Keytone, Super Cubes is a premium Australian consumer lifestyle health and wellness brand, apparently the first of its kind in the marketplace.

Super Cubes is sold in Woolworths Group Ltd (ASX: WOW) supermarkets, 400 independent supermarkets and it has an online presence.

In FY19, the first full 12 months of trading, Super Cubes achieved sales of $650,000 with large distribution and sales only achieved in the last quarter of FY19.
